For orders over 30.01 euros (and weight up to 18 kg), shipping costs are free.
For orders up to 30.00 euros, the shipping fee is 2.50€ / up to 4 kg and 5.00 € / from 4 to 18 kg.
In other weight cases, the cost is calculated accordingly and listed before completing the order.
Cash on delivery is free in Thessaloniki and Attica, in all other areas €2.50 is charged.
Estimated delivery time 1-3 days (working days) in mainland Greece and up to 5 in island and hard-to-reach areas.
The parcels are sent by courier or by a transport company of which the customer is informed.
Same-day dispatches are possible for orders completed by 12:00 noon as long as there is availability in the central warehouses and no transfer between the company's warehouses is necessary and dispatch means delivery to the courier company on the same day and then the time starts of the shipment by the respective carrier. In case of delivery by the company's own means, the order is included in the priority delivery schedule, in any other case, the above is postponed to the next working day.
For orders weighing more than 18 kg, the fee is calculated on a case-by-case basis and before the order is completed. When the shipment is made with a transport company, there is no possibility of cash on delivery.
Before returning the product, you should contact the store, having the following information available: Customer name, date and number of original sales document and the reason for return or a description of the problem. The total return / shipping cost (to and from) is borne entirely by the customer.
It is also possible to return products within fourteen (14) days of receipt and to our store at 142 Georgikis School Avenue, 57001 Thermi, Thessaloniki. So you won't incur shipping costs.
The proof of purchase is also the guarantee for the good condition of the product.
Warranties do not cover physical damage or theft, improper use / installation / operation of the product by the customer. For information on the exact terms of the guarantee of each product, the respective representative in Greece is responsible.
