www.quiko.gr is the online store of exhibition and distribution of products through the internet of the company N. Sfikas Zoophiliki SA, which is located at 142 Agricultural School Avenue, Thessaloniki, Greece, with TIN 999705203, FAE Thessaloniki.

The use and browsing of the website www.quiko.gr presupposes full acceptance of the terms of use.

1.PRICES, COST AND SHIPPING TIME

All prices include VAT.

Prices are subject to change without notice and are valid for the time they appear in the online store.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated by the system automatically and displayed in the shopping cart.

Shipping time is 2 to 5 working days except for which the customer will be notified in time by the company.

Sales and shipments of products are made only within Greece.

2.METHODS OF PAYMENT

Credit Card Payment:

The QUIKO MEGA PET online store accepts all Visa, Mastercard credit cards. For purchases with your credit card, follow the instructions in our online store. You will be asked to fill out the order form, number and expiration date of your credit card.

3.RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase indicated on the receipt, only if the product has not been used and is in its original packaging, along with everything contained in the package and the original proof of purchase.

Any product returned with damaged packaging (torn, soiled, etc.) or cut labels, etc., will be returned back at the customer's expense without notice.

Returns are not accepted on seasonal items (Christmas clothes, etc.), books, any type of aquarium used in water, bags and carrying cases.

Before returning the product, you should contact the store with the following information available: Customer name, date and number of the original sales document and the reason for the return or a description of the problem. The total return / shipping cost (to and from) is borne entirely by the customer.

It is also possible to return products within fourteen (14) days of receipt and to our store at 142 Agricultural School Ave., 57001 Thermi, Thessaloniki. This way you will not be charged with shipping costs.

Proof of purchase is also the guarantee for the good condition of the product.

The Warranties do not cover physical damage or theft, improper use / installation / operation of the product by the customer. For information on the exact terms of the warranty of each product, the respective representative in Greece is responsible.

In case you have received other items than the ones you ordered or there is a significant defect in one of the products you received, please contact our store on the day of receipt or the next day at 0030 2310 489070 for the best and fastest solution of the problem.

QUIKO MEGA PET is liable for compensation in case of lack of agreed quality or the existence of a defect only if this has been caused by its fault, in which case it is not liable for slight negligence or fault of a third party.

4.CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You can only cancel your order in the following cases: Before the order is completed, during the electronic order process, take steps backwards.
